1. Services

AppNexis provides custom business software development services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines will be defined in a written statement. Scheduling modifications may be requested at least 7 days before the start date. If a project is cancelled less than 7 days prior, no reimbursement will be issued due to resource allocation.

2. Information Products

AppNexis offers digital materials such as guides and tutorials. Access will be granted upon fee completion. You may request a refund within 14 days of access if the materials do not meet the described specifications. Reimbursements will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

3. Goods

Physical items sold through appnexis.top will be shipped to the provided address. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you may request an exchange or reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Evidence of the issue, such as photographs, may be required. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 days after confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

This policy outlines how reimbursements are handled for services, information products, and goods. For software development services, reimbursements are only available if we fail to deliver initial milestones as specified. For digital materials, a refund may be requested within 14 days of delivery if content issues occur. Physical goods are eligible for reimbursement or exchange within 30 days of receipt if there is damage or an error in the order. Approved reimbursements will be credited via the original payment channel. You may also choose to reschedule services instead of requesting a reimbursement, subject to availability and written agreement.
